Vice Admiral Horatio Nelson

Britain’s most famous and successful admiral. This impressive framed artwork celebrates his life, achievements, and honours, including the rare distinction of being the only man to be presented with three Navy Gold Medals. Featured on the left is the Ottoman Chelengk, alongside the Order of the Crescent, St Joachim, St Ferdinand, and of course the Order of the Bath.

The display uses high-quality aluminium plates to present Nelson’s medals, history, epitaph, and the Naval Prayer. His 1795–1812 epaulette is shown in the centre, and the frame is larger than the others in the series.
